Let’s Review It

A final 2025 check-in before things change...

It’s been a year. I know 😮‍💨

2025 moved fast.
Wins, lessons, realignment.

I wasn’t loud everywhere, but I was consistent where it mattered and that’s the lesson: consistency builds momentum.

Everything I’ve built came from showing up. Not perfectly. Just repeatedly.

As this year closes, I’m choosing a clear mind over dysfunction and ownership over hesitation.

Itisn’t about doing the most.
It’s about doing it often.

Question is… how are you showing up next year?

UNFILTERED BRANDING 🎓

Most people don't struggle with consistency.
They struggle with clarity.

You know you want to post.
You know LinkedIn "works."
You even have something to say.

But every time you sit down to write? You freeze.

Not because you're bad at content.
But because you don't know what you're actually known for.

So posting feels random. Forced. Like you're performing for an audience you haven't defined yet.

I've learned this building my own brand in real time:

Content only works when it's anchored to identity.

When you're clear on your voice, your perspective, your lived experience and the value you bring, posting stops feeling like a chore.

It starts feeling like documentation.

That's exactly why I created The Personal Brand Playbook 📘
https://lnkd.in/e8DNp_X8

Not to teach you how to go viral.

But to help you find your voice, understand your positioning and build a brand that actually attracts opportunities.

If you're tired of guessing, overthinking or starting from scratch every week, this is for you.

Your career already has a story.
This just helps you tell it properly.

Creative Concepts💡

Since we’re talking about 2025 🐐 brands...

Lime, come to the front of the class.

Because honestly? You’ve built one of the most organic communities I’ve seen and I don’t even think it was intentional.

Let's start from scratch👇🏾

1️⃣ They outdid Santander.
You can literally pick up a Lime bike anywhere and drop it exactly where you need to be. No docking station. No drama.

2️⃣ They outdid TFL (lowkey).
In this cost-conscious economy, people want more for their money and Lime rides are hitting the sweet spot between affordable and convenient.

3️⃣ They made fitness a lifestyle.
People are getting their steps (and rides) in without even trying.

But here’s the funny part:
They unintentionally created a community.

Every traffic light stop turns into a mini Lime meet-up.
People talk. Laugh. Compare routes.
It’s connections on wheels 🤣

And if I were on their strategy team, here’s how I’d close the year:

“Lime Lights Up Christmas” campaign 🎄
Cab prices are extortionate.
TFL is sleeping.
People still need to get from A to B and fast.

Imagine a festive push where Lime becomes the alternative travel saviour for the season...

Night riders, office party survivors & last-minute shoppers united under one green glow.

Now that’s how you close out the year with purpose, culture and community all in one ride.

2025 has been… interesting, for real.
Nothing too deep to dissect, just a year of highs, lows + everything in between. And for all of it, I’m genuinely grateful.

Building a voice online this year has stretched me in the best ways. I’ve learned a lot, met so many genuine people and opened my mind far beyond what I expected.

And let’s not skip this part we’re nearly at 30K on LinkedIn, which was one of my goals for 2025. That’s BIG. Still feels mad to type, and I’m genuinely proud of myself for staying consistent.

I got back from a solo trip to Dubai and honestly? It was everything. Sun, fits, more fits and pure enjoyment. Sometimes a bit of warmth reminds you that life is actually worth living.

I also spent time at the LinkedIn office (more on that in the new year 👀)

But above all, this season reminded me how much I love being around my friends. The love they pour into me has been so sweet and I give God thanks for their lives.

2026 will look different.
