Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope everyone feels the love today - whether it’s from your partner, family, friends, or even colleagues.
And let’s be honest, today isn’t easy for everyone. A little kindness goes a long way.
Now, I’ll be real with you… Valentine’s ads? They’re not what they used to be.
There was a time when you couldn’t escape them - TV, billboards, everywhere. Now? It’s rare.
Maybe it’s because social content is doing all the heavy lifting. Or perhaps it’s just that people (like me) don’t watch TV as much anymore.
Either way, love is in the air, and I love that! 💗
Featured Campaign: IKEA’s "Positions..."
IKEA has totally switched up how they show off homeware with their “Positions…” campaign.
Instead of the usual product shots, they’ve arranged their items in playful, suggestive poses across social media. It’s fun, unexpected, and gives you that “oh, I see what you did there” moment.
It’s fresh, engaging, and proves that a little humor can make even everyday products stand out. IKEA’s bringing the fun back into furniture shopping!

Hootsuite TikTok: Hootsuite just kicked off a playful social showdown with Duolingo, and I love it. Pure entertainment, and I can’t wait to see where it goes next. Social media rivalry at its best!

Tesco - Hard Launch: Ten lucky couples will get their photo projected on a massive Tesco billboard. Plus, they’re also winning flowers and a £100 voucher. The comments overflowed with couples tagging each other and spreading the love for Tesco all over socials. It’s a win-win for the lovebirds and the brand!

Love Island x Love Is Blind IRL Activation
We all know the dating market is in the trenches right now. Love Island is back on our screens, but what if we took things a step further?
Imagine this: Love Island teams up with Love Is Blind for a real-life activation where people can step into pods the day before Valentine’s to ‘find a match.’
No influencers, no content creators - just real people looking for love.
COVID took a lot from us, and in-person interactions haven’t been the same since.
This would bring back the human side of dating, forcing people to connect beyond just looks.

Plus, with Love Is Blind recently launching in the UK, this would be the perfect way to warm people up to the idea of blind dating.
Now, some might say, aren’t they competitors? But hear me out - this would be the perfect way to take "pulling someone for a chat" to a setting where sight isn’t a factor.
What are your thoughts? Y’all love it, or do I need to come harder? 👀
