Let’s Review It
They're not reading your posts because you sound like ChatGPT 🤖
Welcome to drop 2! 6 edits left. No turning back now 🤷🏽♀️
We started this series with one promise: no BS, no gimmicks… Just straight methodologies to get your LinkedIn all the way right.
Last time? I showed you what this journey looks like. Today? We're building.
First building block: pillars.
Without them, you're just noise. With them, you're memorable.
Let's get into it.
We’ve locked your pillars.
We’ve locked your schedule.
Now it’s time for the part that separates content from connection: your writing!
Anyone can post. Not everyone can make people stop scrolling and follow them.
Here’s the truth:
Good writing = clarity
Great writing = resonance
The secret? It’s not about sounding “professional.”
It’s about sounding like you.
When I ghostwrite, I don’t just type. I channel.
⚡ Tech founder → I think in code
⚡ Creative director → I see campaigns
⚡ VC → I hear numbers
Most of y'all writing like you're submitting a dissertation. Nobody follows academic papers. They follow humans.
That’s what you need to do for yourself:
Don’t write like LinkedIn. Write like you (on your best day of course).
Here’s the Week 2 Framework:
1️⃣ Hook first → If the first line doesn’t grab, nothing else matters
2️⃣ Keep it punchy → If you ramble, cut it. Always
3️⃣ Story > statement → Facts inform. Stories stick
4️⃣ End with intention → Question, CTA or thought-provoking close
Your job isn’t to write “content.”
It’s to write timestamps.
Proof of who YOU are, what YOU know & what YOU’RE building.

STEPHANIE’S TOOLKIT (NO GATEKEEPING) 🔌
"Lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me. All day long I put my hope in you.” Psalms 25:5
⚡ Stanley → honestly better than ChatGPT for LinkedIn. Think: your ideas, straight from your brain to your feed, finessed and ready to post. Work smarter, not harder.
⚡ Personal Branding Workshops → I’ve been running these inside companies, helping teams turn presence into pipeline and employees into brand assets. If you want me at your next one → [email protected]
We’ve covered your pillars, your consistency & now your voice.
Now it’s time to give you a blueprint you can literally copy-paste into your workflow.
Because the biggest excuse I hear?
“I don’t know how to structure a LinkedIn post.”
So here’s your look-book.
THE BLUEPRINT 📝
1/ Hook
Your first line = your only line of defence.
It needs to stop your audience.
Think bold statement, sharp question or a spicy one-liner.
Example:
→ "Your CV got you the interview. Your personality got you the job."
2/ Context
Set the scene. Give your perspective. Why should we care?
3/ Value
Drop the gem. Teach, share insight or tell the story.
4/ CTA
Don’t ghost your reader. Ask, invite, or direct them.
5/ Flow
Use short sentences. White space. Emojis if they fit your voice. Make it easy to read.
Week 3 Framework
1️⃣ Draft one post using this structure
2️⃣ Keep it under 200 words (clarity > essays)
3️⃣ Share it and tag me or send it through so I can see 👀
Posting isn’t practice in private.
It’s practice in public.
Closing Note 💌
We're 5K away from my December goal. The momentum is INSANE (thank you)!
If you’ve been feeling my content on LinkedIn, here’s how you can show love:
Share my page with a friend who needs it
Comment, like, repost: it goes further than you think
Forward this newsletter to someone building their brand
LinkedIn changed everything for me. From 28 followers to building a business, running workshops at agencies I once only dreamed of & turning my voice into £££.
Now I want the same for you.
Support your gworl…
